Service Description
Developer Toolkit is an educational platform providing training materials, documentation, and community support for developers learning to use AI-powered development tools like Cursor IDE and Claude Code. We are an independent educational service and are not affiliated with Anthropic or Anysphere.
Documentation Notice
Our documentation is actively being developed and expanded. While we strive for accuracy and completeness, some content may be in draft form or contain inaccuracies. We welcome community contributions to improve the quality and coverage of our educational materials. If you encounter issues, outdated information, or have suggestions for improvement, please consider submitting a pull request through our GitHub repository.
1. Definitions and General Provisions
1.1 Definitions
- "Service" - Developer Toolkit educational platform and all related services
- "Provider" - Wondel.ai sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland
- "User" - any person accessing or using the Service
- "Subscriber" - a User with an active paid subscription
- "Content" - educational materials, documentation, guides, and other resources
- "Agreement" - these Terms of Service

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Service.
3. Service Description and Scope
3.1 Currently Available Services
- Access to educational content about AI-powered development tools
- Learning tracks and tutorials for Cursor IDE and Claude Code
- Downloadable resources and cheat sheets
- Access to private Discord community
- GitHub repository access for documentation contributions
- Team management features (Team and Enterprise plans)
- SSO integration with Google/GitHub (Team and Enterprise plans)
3.2 Services Coming Soon
The following features are planned but not yet available:
- Team analytics and ROI dashboards
- Shared context rules and templates
- Token usage tracking
- Custom onboarding programs
- Enterprise SSO/SCIM
- Audit logging
4. User Accounts and Subscriptions
4.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
- One person or entity may not create multiple accounts for circumventing restrictions
4.2 Subscription Plans
We offer the following subscription tiers:
- Individual: Single user access to all educational content
- Team: Up to 10 seats with team management features
- Enterprise: 25+ seats with priority support and custom features
4.3 Billing and Payment
- Payments are processed through Polar (polar.sh)
- Prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Annual and lifetime plans are paid in advance
- No refunds for partial periods, except as required by law
4.4 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers have 14 days from initial purchase to request a full refund if unsatisfied with the Service. This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases and cannot be used repeatedly.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
5.1 Permitted Use
- Personal learning and skill development
- Team training and education (with appropriate plan)
- Contributing improvements to open-source documentation
- Sharing knowledge within the community
5.2 Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Share account credentials or subscription access
- Resell, redistribute, or republish Content without permission
- Use automated tools to scrape or download Content in bulk
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Impersonate others or provide false information
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Our Content
All Content provided through the Service is owned by Wondel.ai sp. z o.o. or used under license. This includes but is not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software.
6.2 License to Use
Subscribers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Content for personal educational purposes during their subscription period.
6.3 User Contributions
By submitting contributions (e.g., pull requests, community posts), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your contributions.
7. Third-Party Services and Content
The Service integrates with or references third-party services including:
- Cursor IDE (by Anysphere Inc.)
- Claude Code (by Anthropic)
- GitHub (for repository access)
- Discord (for community)
- Polar (for payments)
We are not responsible for third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR requirements. By using the Service, you consent to data processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
9.1 "As Is" Service
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9.2 No Professional Advice
Content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. Always use your own judgment and consult professionals when needed.
9.3 Results and Testimonials Disclaimer
Any results, examples, case studies, testimonials, or performance figures presented on our website, marketing materials, or within the Service may not be real and could be illustrative examples based on typical results we have observed in our practice. Individual results may vary significantly based on numerous factors including but not limited to your skill level, experience, dedication, and the specific tools and technologies you use. We make no guarantee that you will achieve similar results.
9.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Polish law, Wondel.ai sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
9.5 Maximum Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wondel.ai sp. z o.o., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for unused time, except as required by law
11.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:
- Breach of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment of fees
- Actions harmful to other users or the Service
11.3 Effect of Termination
- Access to Content ceases immediately
- We may delete your account data after 30 days
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or Service announcement at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Dispute Resolution
- Negotiation: Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation
- Mediation: If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in Warsaw, Poland
- Jurisdiction: If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland
13.3 Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you retain all rights granted under mandatory consumer protection laws, which cannot be waived by these Terms.
14. Additional Provisions
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wondel.ai sp. z o.o. regarding the Service.
14.2 Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
14.3 Waiver
Failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
14.4 Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

Note: These Terms of Service were drafted in compliance with Polish law and EU regulations. In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the Polish version shall prevail for legal interpretation.
